Here we are underway and we were again blessed with a wonderful day. It was a little cool in the AM but it warmed up for our trip home. We were directed to pass to the starboard side as we passed under the bridge. There were divers in the water on the port side. | ![]() |

The Coast Guard was out in force to make certain we all obeyed the slow speed zone at the bridge. The bridge construction seems to be progressing nicely. |

There are always plenty of helping hands to assist each other as we step out of the boats.
Here we are at the bridge restaurant. Finding the entry to this little harbor is somewhat tricky, but once in there, the docking is protected and very easy to maneuver to the dock.
The ladies seem to travel in packs as the leave the dock. I couldn't resist this sign to take a picture of Di Farr and Carol Bacon. |

This is the pier with all our boats safely moored. The view we had from the inside of the restaurant was magnificent. |

Here are the tables with all our happy skippers and crew waiting for their food to arrive.
Denise and Dennis Bastyr help Chuck M. count the money and prepare for the drawings. |

Susan Shallbetter was the happy winner of the $15 first prize. Dick Farr gathered in his $10 winning with much glee.
|
||
And the final $10 went to Bill and Barb Barbre. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. The food was great and the service was friendly and efficient. |

Here is the entry to the dock area for the Bridge restaurant. As you can see it looks like it just goes to the big boat house, but it does open up on the LH side to the dock area. | ![]() |

Wes Sims took a great shot of the pelican watching us go by. We were all intrigued watching the shrimp boat come through to see if he was really going to get under the bridge. |

We took the long way around and had a pelican following us. The lighthouse stands out against the sun as a boat speeds by on the way to the Gulf. |

Sea Tow was patiently waiting at marker 101 for someone to go aground on this very low tide day. Here we make the final turn to get back to our dock. Another glorious day on the water in SW Florida. |
